"Do something today that your future self will thank you for"
About Us
Practice Directors Drs Timothy and Charlotte Jack lead a team committed to a simple but powerful idea:"We work with quality of life goals to offer personalised and holistic chiropractic-based care programmes for long term health."
We're a family-focused practice that treats the whole person — not just the symptom. With in-house x-ray facilities, a blend of modern and traditional techniques, and a strong emphasis on home care education, we support every patient through every life stage.
Every care programme is tailored to the individual — your goals, your body, your life stage.
In-house x-ray facilities and thorough assessment ensure we understand your body before recommending care.
We equip patients with the knowledge and tools to support their health between visits.
We work alongside GPs and other health professionals to coordinate care when needed.
